Jason Rhein is a graduate of the University of New Orleans in Communications and Film. For the last five years, Rhein has worked as Production Manager and Assistant Producer for the nationally syndicated public radio show American Routes. His daily roles include studio and field recording engineering, digital sound editing, mixing and mastering. Jason has also done audio work for a variety of clients including PRI's Studio 360 , NPR's Weekend All Things Considered , Living on Earth and The Greater New Orleans Foundation . He has been a musician for 18 years, and continues to perform in the local New Orleans rock band Rotary Downs. Rhein is also a filmmaker with work experience as camera operator and post-production sound designer and video editor.
